Rates and conditions
Daily and weekly rates, apartments up to 4 people
Our rates are based on three different periods, related to the island number of visitors during all the year.
The month of August is considered high season. In this time of year, as in the month of July (part of mid season), we accept reservations for weekly stays, from Saturday to Saturday. In mid season the period of stay is reduced to 3 nights that come up to only two nights during low season.
The low (spring and the beginning of autumn) and the mid season (late spring and early summer), representing exceptional periods to visit the island, that allow you to benefit of very advantageous rates.

Terms
- Check-in: from 14:00 p.m.;
- Check-out: by 10.00 a.m;
- Pets allowed: small size (with cage);
Discounts and reductions
- children under 3 years: free accommodation;
- Children between 3 and 10 years: 10,00 € per day
- long stays (10 nights or more) discounts up to 10-15% on the total amount of the reservation (valutation case by case in relation to the period and type of accommodation request);
Terms of payment
- to confirm your reservation you have to pay a deposit of the 30% on the total amount of the reservation by bank transfer;
- for last-minute reservations it is possible to confirm without a deposit;
- in loco you can pay in cash and by credit card.
